Edgar Auslander, Meta

Edgar Auslander has more than 30 years of experience serving at company Boards and working at startups, a Venture Capital firm, and Fortune100 companies such as Facebook, Qualcomm and Intel. As Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Meta, he has focused on XR, AI, and wearables. Throughout his career, Auslander has demonstrated expertise in product management, engineering and marketing team leadership, venture capital, consulting, business development, and mergers and acquisitions. He was one of the founders of Texas Instruments’ Wireless Business Unit and is the Founding Managing Partner at Menlo Business Partners, a consulting firm based in Menlo Park and Paris. A former Faculty Member at Stanford University and the EDHEC Business School, he teaches Management of Change and Business Negotiation classes at UC Berkeley Extension. He holds an MBA from Columbia University, and an MEEng. from Cornell University.

TALQ Consortium
Simon Dunkley, Itron

Simon Dunkley was appointed Secretary General of the TALQ Consortium in 2017 and has overseen an impressive expansion of the membership and scope of the TALQ protocol. Simon works for Itron, a proven global leader in energy, water, smart city, IIoT and intelligent infrastructure services, building innovative systems for utilities, cities and society, to create new efficiencies, connect communities, encourage conservation and increase resourcefulness. Simon was educated with degrees in Physics from London’s Imperial College and the Cavendish Laboratory in Cambridge and has enjoyed a career in radio design, consultancy and management over a 35-year period.

IMPALA Consortium
Jeremy Jones, BeiGene

Jeremy Jones joined BeiGene in 2024 as a Director of R&D Quality Excellence & Data Integrity. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, he plays a crucial role in supporting R&D Quality teams and key stakeholders by identifying process gaps and leading quality improvement initiatives. Jeremy’s experience includes various roles at Amgen, where he most recently served as Chief of Staff for R&D Quality. In that capacity, he was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, developing metrics, and fostering data-driven performance across the drug development pipeline.

Beyond his work at BeiGene, Jeremy is an influential voice in the industry. He sits on the IMPALA steering committee, where he contributes to shaping industry standards and best practices. Additionally, he hosts IMPALA’s podcast, sharing insights and driving conversations around the latest trends in quality and digital innovation. Jeremy is passionate about advancing digital transformation across the industry, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and patient-centered quality outcomes.

Jeremy holds a B.S. from the California Lutheran University and an M.S. in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University. He is an enthusiastic reader and lifelong learner; recently completing an Executive Certificate from Cornell in Digital Leadership and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys camping, fishing, cycling, and hiking with his family of four.
